LIST A - CLIENT IDENTITY DOCUMENT
– Current signed passport
– Valid driver’s license
– EEA member state government issued identity card
LIST B- CLIENT PROOF OF ADDRESS
Driver’slicense: (if driver’s license has residential address and such driver’s license has not been used as identity document List A above). Must be valid, not expired. Must have your photo. Full or provisional.
Bank, Building Society or Credit Union Statement: Dated with 3 months. Must include account number and show recent activity. No general correspondence.
Credit Card Statement: Dated within 3 months. Must include account number and show recent activity. No general correspondence.
EU, EEA Mortgage statement: Dated within 3 months. Must show account number. No general correspondence.
Utility Bill: Dated within 3 months e.g.,gas, electricity, water. Must show address for service and/or account number. No general correspondence.
Telephone Bill: Dated within 3 months e.g., landline or mobile pay monthly (excluding pay as you go). Must show address for service and/or account number. No general correspondence.
Property Tax: Dated within 12 months. Must show address for service and/or account number. No general correspondence.
Limited company
If you are acting as a Representative of anEU, EEA Company we will also require the following:
– Certificate of Incorporation
– Articles of Association
– Memorandum of Association
– Latest Annual Return (if available) with details of current company officers; individual identity evidence from List A and B for all individuals acting as company officers
– Certificate of Incumbency or Confirmation Statement or Register of Directors or Certificate of Officers or Secretary Certificate, with details of current company officers (depending on jurisdiction)
– Certificate of good standing (depending on jurisdiction)
– Share Certificate(s) showing the Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) (if applicable)
– Individual identity evidence from List A and B for all individuals/ ultimate beneficial owner(s) or entities with 25% or more of the shares or voting rights in the company
– If the shares are owned by another/holding company, repeat steps above for that other/holding company
If you are acting as a Representative of an Offshore Company, we will also require the following:
– Certificate of Incorporation
– Articles of Association
– Memorandum of Association
– Latest Annual Return (if available) with details of current company officers; individual identity evidence from List A and B for all individuals acting as company officers
