We specifically choose to work with Certified High Net Worth Individuals and/or Sophisticated Investors as set out under Article 48 and Article 50 of the Financial Services and Markets Act (2000) Order 2005, and not with retail investors. The reason for this is simple, our investments are not for everyone, and we limit the number of new clients we bring on each year maintaining exclusivity. The investments we present are not available on the high street nor anywhere else. They are highly sought after and the best in the market, therefore we choose to limit the type of investors we work with unabashedly.
Please note, that some of the investments introduced to you can be classed as a high risk. No investment is 100% guaranteed even with collateral and other security in place and it is possible you could lose some or all of your money invested in certain products. Investments presented are unregulated, non-readily realisable, non-transferable securities. Investors should be aware that past performance is not a reliable guide to future performance or returns and you may not get back some or all of your original investment. Prospective Investors are strongly advised to seek independent financial advice from an authorised person who specialises in advising on non-readily realisable securities. Tax treatment is dependent on Investor circumstances, and these are subject to change. Investors are advised to seek appropriate tax advice to clarify their position. Investors should take all these into consideration prior to investing in any of the projects HULT introduces to them.
COMMISSION & CHARGES: Investor’s capital is fully invested with the investment Issuer of the project we introduce to the Investor. HULT Private Capital are paid as compensation for its services a percentage of the Investor’s capital invested which is available on request. HULT Private Capital do not receive, hold or manage Investor’s capital. Investor’s capital for investment is paid directly from the Investor to the investment company issuer’s bank account (namely the introduced project company, not HULT). COMPENSATION: Non-readily realisable investments are unregulated securities, not authorised under the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”). Such securities may not be subject to the rules and regulations made under FSMA for the protection of Investors. Compensation may not be available under the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme in the event of a default in respect of your investment.
