We understand that trustees and/or accountants are obligated to provide a duty of care to the beneficiaries of trust funds by way of obtaining and considering proper advice from a person who is reasonably believed by the trustees and/or accountants to be qualified to give it. As such your trustee and/or accountant may appoint an independent third-party qualified financial advisor.
